This policy applies to orders sold by Beijing Facaiku Network Technology Co., Ltd. through FACAIKU PET. Refunds are assessed according to order status, delivery destination, product condition and applicable consumer law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payment providers and banks may require additional processing time. Customised, used or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible unless faulty. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s jurisdiction.

本政策适用于北京法财库网络科技有限公司通过 FACAIKU PET 销售的订单。退款会根据订单状态、配送目的地、商品状况和适用的消费者法律进行审核。
审核通过后，款项将原路退回。支付服务商和银行可能需要额外处理时间。定制、已使用或涉及卫生安全的商品，除非存在质量问题，否则可能不适用退货。本政策不限制顾客所在司法辖区依法享有的强制性消费者权利。
