Order processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Available destinations, shipping charges and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout before payment. Public holidays, customs processing and local carrier conditions may affect delivery time.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact customer care with the order number and clear photos. Return eligibility and instructions depend on the destination, product condition and applicable consumer law.
Before returning an item
Please obtain return instructions before sending anything back. Unauthorised parcels may not be traceable to an order.
